Install your signature

Open Gmail on your computer. Select Settings → See all settings.

In General, scroll to Signature and select Create new. Give it a name.

Copy your signature here, then paste it into the signature editor.

Under Signature defaults, select it for new emails and replies. Scroll down and select Save Changes.
Send yourself a test email to check the formatting. Gmail mobile uses its own separate mobile signature.
